Engraved Key chains, engraved up to four lines

Our round shaped disk on a horseshoe shaped keyring can be engraved up to four lines of text. If you want two lines of text engraved, you can enter the info on Text for line 1, and Text for line 2. If your text is longer than the text in Text for line 1, you can enter the info in Text for line 2.The sample shown above is engraved in the Vanessa 5 line font. Since the disk is round, line one and line 4 are limited to 9 characters and spaces. Line 2 and line 3 are limited to 11 characters and spaces. The round disk measures 1 1/4″.

We Can Also Engrave The Back Of The Keychain

The back can be engraved up to four lines of text. If you want the back of the keychain engraved you must select yes in the Engrave back of keychain option. If you don’t, it won’t charge you for the extra engraving, and we won’t engrave it. There is an extra $3.00 charge for engraving the back.

What if I only want three initials engraved on my key chains

If you would like to have one, two or three initials engraved, enter them on line 1 in the order that you want them engraved in. For initials I would recommend Roman 3l for a block font and interlocking monogram for a monogram. The Roman 3l is engraved in the order of first name initial, middle name initial, last name initial. They are all engraved the same size. The interlocking monogram is engraved in the order of first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. The last name initial since it is put in the middle is a larger letter than the first and middle initials. I don’t recommend Vanessa 5l for initials. If you did use Vanessa 5l for initials they would be engraved in the order of first name initial, middle name initial, last name initial. They are all the same size.

How To Order One Or More Engraved Key chains

So to order your engraved round disk keychain, just fill out the personalization options and click on the Add to Cart button. If you are ordering more than one and the engraving is different for each keychain, you will need to click the Add to Cart button for each keychain that is being ordered. If the engraving is going to be the same for all the keychains you need to order you will only need to click the add to cart button once, and when you get to the shopping cart, just change the quantity to the number that you need to order. When you change the quantity, the shopping cart will update the price. Its that easy.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped

Once your engraved keychains are engraved and shipped you will receive an email letting you know that it was shipped and the tracking number. If your order is placed: Monday – Friday 10-4 and Saturday before 10:30am we try to engrave and ship it the same day. Any orders that we get after 10:30am on Saturday will not be shipped until Monday night.

Method Of Shipping

We ship your engraved key chains United States Postal Service. We have two options. The $4.95 rate is for Priority Mail. It will take 2-5 days for you to recieve your order. We also ship Express Mail. There is a $20.00 dollar charge for this service. You will get your package in 1-2 days.

How to put keys on the keychain

To put your keys on the keyring, unscrew the ball at the end, put your keys on and then screw the ball back on the end. You will want to check the ball fairly often to make sure it is secure.

Make sure to check font chart below for instructions on what order to put the initials in. Each font is different. Also enter in all capitals only if that is the way you would like it. Remember we will engrave as shown, this includes punctuation, capital letters, upper lower letters,etc. We will engrave in the order that you have entered. Please check all engraving to make sure it is correct. We will correct any mistake made by us for no charge on the exact item however, if it is your fault then we will engrave another same item with the correct information for 50% off of the regular price of the item (not 50% off of a sale price).
